Who We Serve
Our firm represents plaintiffs in serious personal injury and complex commercial litigation. We are not a volume practice, so we have the time to give our clients the personal attention that they deserve. Similarly, our criminal defense practice focuses on major felonies, usually in federal court. Our clients come from all walks of life throughout North Carolina.
Recognition and Results
Since 2015, our firm has obtained over $200 million on behalf of injured plaintiffs. We have obtained these extraordinary results by both working alone in single-event cases and also working with other lawyers in class action lawsuits in which we have been appointed by the court to a leadership role (such as liaison counsel, co-class counsel, or, most recently, on a plaintiffs’ steering committee).
